Responsible for day-to-day operations of the Integration Assistance Program in Palm Beach and Broward counties. The incumbent will be responsible for the supervision of program staff, community outreach and assistance with the coordination of clients enrolled for both locations as dictated by the program guidelines. This position is located in Broward and is expected to travel between the Palm Beach and Broward Counties on a regular basis.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the Integration Assistance Program including: contract compliance, workflow coordination, quality control and the enhancements of services.
- Ensure all program forms are up to date and in compliance with the funding source and CWS/IRP.
- Coordinate with Program Specialist the timely enrollment of eligible and suitable clients.
- Ensure all services are being conducted in accordance to program goals and objectives.
- Responsible for monitoring program files to ensure compliance with the program and CWS/IRP guidelines.
- Conduct and coordinate community outreach and education campaign including: organizing and conducting workshops and community presentations.
- Coordinate and host weekly Haitian radio program in order to disseminate program information and community services available.
- Oversee the statistical and programmatic reporting system for all client data collection, and assist in the preparation of program reports.
- Submit weekly and monthly program reports to the CWS/IRP Palm Beach Sub-Office Director.
- Hold monthly meetings with all program related staff to discuss new program developments and current trends.
- Attend local and national CWS, DCF and ORR training conferences as requested.
- Perform other related duties as requested.
Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent.
Previous work experience in refugee or immigrant-related services or other social service agency. Experience in project management and staff supervision.

Communicate detailed and/or technical information clearly, in writing and orally. Understand staff roles and procedures and prepare standard reports to track job progress or activities. Promote sharing of relevant information among staff and with stakeholders. Recognize the particular needs of partners and use established channels to respond to those needs. Understand and is able to use appropriate technology to communicate with others inside and outside CWS. Respect and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information within parameters defined by supervisor and/or CWS policy.

Computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheet, database and Web-based applications. Fluency in Haitian Creole and English required.
