The Caseworker is primarily responsible for conducting personal interviews with refugees to obtain biographic information and to complete a refugee case history.  The position is also responsible for conducting quality assurance on case files to ensure compliance with RSC/Nairobi and USRAP standard operating procedures. Interviews are frequently conducted in refugee camps in remote locations under challenging work conditions.
