CWS flood response in Missouri: Debra Tarver

The village of Pinhook, Missouri, was devastated when the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers diverted the overflowing Mississippi River to control flooding.  Debra Tarver is trying to help her community recover.  CWS is helping her learn how.
